When asking for support, always include the following in your e-mail:
  • Type of multiplexer
  • Firmware version of the multiplexer
  • Serial number of the multiplexer
  • Version of MPX-Config
  • A clear and concise description of the problem, including the connected equipment on each input and output.
  • A screen print of the current configuration or a configuration file.
  • A log file from MPX-Config with appr. 30 seconds worth of data.
Support only comprises technical problems directly related to the multiplexer.
